You’ve probably seen the Dark Knight movie, and you’ve probably noticed the Bat-Pod motorcycle that was scary and big. Well, Dave Welch at Chopper City USA build a street-legal Bat-Pod replica called PS-Pod, and we can tell that is a damn good one. This fully custom motorcycle is owned by Pankaj Shah, and is characterized by a pair of 360- section tires (front and rear), a levered handlebar system, a hub-center steered front wheel, and a wheelbase more appropriate for a pickup truck.
This thing is very heavy, with a terrible handling. It is hard to ride and cost a lot of money. There is no way to turn a corner or to make a U-turn with this 850cc replica. In the video below, we have a short test ride to show you, and you’ll see that it look virtually unmanageable at low speeds.
