This great Plymouth from 69′ was build by Spitzer Concepts and they called it “Road Rattler”. Under the hood all aluminum 528 cubic V-8 HEMI engine with 790HP, fully custom body, carbon fiber interior, unique seats by Paul Atkins, front 19 inch and rear 20 inch rims, custom center exhaust system by Spitzer, digital dash, etc.
