Apparently not all inventions are viewed as miracles. Paul Pantone developed an engine that runs on 80% water and yes, it works perfectly. After making this environment- friendly thing he was offered a lot of money from some big oil companies for his patent. Despite the huge amount of money offered, Paul wanted his invention to be used to help the environment and people in general. Every time he tried to sell it the prospective buyers somehow turned him down. He was thinking principal over profit. He was taken to court where it was argued that he was insane because he didn’t want the money.
Eventually he was placed in a mental hospital where he was pressured to sign over the patent. After all this, Paul knew that he will never be able to market his invention so he made a video to show how to modify your engine. It turns out that he was arrested for making the video below.
